一是在居住环境方面，提供安静舒适宽松的生活环境是保障老年人身心愉悦的基本条件。然而，出于节约成本的考虑，医养结合养老机构大多房间相对密集，床位偏于集中，人均占有空间处于基本达标水平。这种局面无法满足新时代老年人对更高生活质量的要求，改变现状需要政府直接参与监管，对医养结合养老机构相关基础设施建设制定行业标准，改善养老机构居住环境。

However, for the sake of cost savings, most of the rooms in medical and elderly care institutions are relatively dense, with concentrated beds and per capita occupancy at a basic standard level. This situation cannot meet the requirements of the elderly for a higher quality of life in the new era. To change the current situation, the government needs to directly participate in supervision, establish industry standards for the infrastructure construction of medical and elderly care institutions, and improve the living environment of elderly care institutions.
二是在饮食方面，大多数老年人对养老机构饮食不满意，主要原因是个性化不足，口味欠佳，营养不够均衡。饮食质量是衡量老年人生活质量的重要标准，老年人不爱吃大锅饭，可针对不同口味提供不同类型的伙食，中早晚合理膳食，保证饭菜营养可口。科学调配饮食结构，并定期监测体重和身体变化，适时调整饮食方案。
Secondly, in terms of diet, most elderly people are not satisfied with the diet of elderly care institutions, mainly due to insufficient personalization, poor taste, and insufficient balance of nutrition. Dietary quality is an important criterion for measuring the quality of life of elderly people. Elderly people do not like to eat big pot rice and can provide different types of meals for different tastes. Reasonable meals in the morning and evening ensure that the food is nutritious and delicious. Scientifically adjust dietary structure, regularly monitor weight and body changes, and adjust dietary plans in a timely manner.
