1、老年养护院的建设用地包括建筑、绿化、室外活动、停车和衣物晾晒等用地，建筑密度不应大于30%，容积率不宜大于0.8；室外活动、衣物晾晒等用地不宜小于400～600m2。

2、老人卧室宜设计阳台。
