由电流互感器、集成计量芯片、微控制器、温补实时时钟、数据接口设备和 人机接口设备组成。集成计量芯片将来自电压分压，电流互感器的模拟信号转换为数字 信号，并对其进行数字积分运算，从而精确地获得有功电能和无功电能，微控制器依据 相应费率和需量等要求对数据进行处理。其结果保存在数据存储器中，并随时向外部接口提供信息和进行数据交换
It is composed of current transformer, integrated measuring chip, microcontroller, temperature compensation real-time clock, data interface equipment and human-machine interface equipment. The integrated metering chip converts the analog signals from voltage divider and current transformer into digital signals, and performs digital integration operation on them, so as to obtain the active and reactive electric energy accurately. The microcontroller processes the data according to the corresponding rate and demand. The results are stored in data memory, and information and data exchange are provided to external interfaces at any time
