本地费控智能表用户通过CPU购电卡交费购电输入表中，电表才能供电。一户一表一卡，卡互不通用，凭卡用电，具有预收电费、自动抄表、防窃电、卡中电量用完后自动拉闸断电等功能。同时，用户的购电信息实行微机管理，方便地进行查询、统计、收费及打印票据等。功能特点：

（1）预付费功能：预收电费，剩余金额到达设定金额时，发出提醒缴费的灯光报警信号，剩余金额为零时自动拉闸断电。
